The annual Little League fundraising spaghetti feed dinner is Thursday May 20, 2010 at the fairgrounds in the hall at 6:00 pm.

Every team needs to come up with some kind of basket to be donated to the event to be used for an auction which will take place that night. Pick a theme for the basket like for example a garden basket that would have seeds, shovel, dirt, etc. we will be auctioning them of at the dinner to raise money for the fields, scholarships etc The basket should contain gifts/services that can be donated by parents or solicited from local businesses, etc.. Once a team has decided upon a theme for the basket then coach or team rep can call me, Alicia, at 360-821-1808 and let her know contents of the basket is so people don't end up with all the same business getting solicited / repeated themes.

Baskets are needed on or before Monday May 17, 2010. You can call me to come pick up the basket or I will be on the field that day at 6pm to get the baskets.

Any parents out there that want to come help out on the night of the event would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for all your help.

The 2008 spaghetti feed made$2,600.00 on the event with less than $300.00 in costs. That translates into a dues savings of about $15 per player.
